Randstad in Norrköping is now seeking a training coordinator for Siemens Energy in Finspång.

In your role, you will be responsible for both long-term and short-term planning as well as scheduling of Siemens Energy's training programs. You will work closely with both internal and external partners and be a key person in structuring, developing, and improving our training processes. A central part of the role is continuous contact with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to ensure the right content, quality, and resource matching. Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and schedule training with a focus on efficient resource use and quality
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue and coordination with suppliers and internal trainers. Examples of tasks include booking trainers, obtaining quotes, confirming arrangements and times
  • Ensure that training sessions have the right venues/technology, arrange refreshments, and that materials are prepared
  • Manage bookings and participant administration such as invitations, lists, confirmations, and attendance follow-up
  • Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations and improvement measures
  • Drive continuous improvements in working methods within training planning and supplier collaboration

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or a similar field
  • Documented experience in planning/scheduling training
  • Familiarity with supplier contacts and collaboration with internal trainers/teachers
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills as well as good communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, planning tools, and digital training platforms/LMS is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
